Privacy Notice

Last updated 20 August 2026

AIGEN SOCIAL LIMITED (“AIGEN SOCIAL”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through aifyhk.com, why, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

1. What we collect

If you send us an enquiry: your name, company, email address, and the content of your message. You choose what to include; please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the form.

Automatically, through our hosting provider: standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. These are generated by the server to keep the site running and secure.

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no non-essential cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across other websites.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether we can help you.

To keep a record of our business correspondence, and to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.

To comply with legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not use enquiry content to train AI models.

3. Direct marketing

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list and we do not send unsolicited marketing. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first, as the Ordinance requires.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our website host, and our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages you send us. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data.

We may disclose data where we are required to by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Where it is held, and for how long

Our providers operate infrastructure outside Hong Kong, so your data may be transferred to and stored in other jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our ordinary business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Technical logs are retained only briefly.

6. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections, and access to enquiry messages is limited to the two founders of the company. No system is perfectly secure, but we take practical steps appropriate to the small amount of data we hold.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request a copy of it, and to request correction of anything inaccurate. You may also ask us to delete data we no longer need.

Send any such request to the contact address published on this site. We will respond within the time the Ordinance allows. We may need to verify your identity first, and a reasonable fee may apply to a data access request.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice. The date above shows when it last changed, and the version published here is the current one.

If you have a question or complaint about how we handle personal data, please contact us at the address published on this site. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
